I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in San Diego. I have been providing therapy to adults and couples for 15 years.


I consider being a therapist a privilege. I am honored that people share their lives with me every day.  It takes courage to start therapy and examine different parts of your life. Most of us never get the chance to slow down, but going to therapy means prioritizing yourself. It’s one of the healthiest things you can do.

and how this work found me

I’m originally from Los Angeles. I began my graduate career at UCLA, getting my Masters in Public Policy, to follow politics and government. I wasn’t in the right place though and felt called back to my passion and earned my Masters in Social Work from San Diego State University. I knew I needed to be more intimately and directly involved with people to do the kind of work I loved. Now I work with clients throughout California, Oregon, and Maryland and know that I am in my deepest calling on Earth.

The best compliment I get is that I’m easy-going and comfortable to talk to.
I ask questions and I trust you – you’re the expert on your life. We do our best work when we explore issues together and find solutions that are in line with your values.
